1. Who we are
This website, astramarketing.gr, is operated by astra, a marketing practice based in Athens, Greece, working with aesthetic clinics. Contact: hello@astramarketing.gr. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. What the site is for
The site presents our practice and lets you request an introductory call. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a guarantee of results. Any collaboration is governed by a separate written agreement between astra and the clinic.
3. Booking a call
Calls are scheduled through Calendly. A booked call is an appointment for a conversation, not a contract. You can cancel or reschedule from the link in your confirmation email.
4. Content and intellectual property
Texts, the astra name and logo, photographs and the design of this site belong to astra or are used with permission. Client logos and the posts shown on the Clients page belong to the respective clinics and are shown with their consent to document our collaboration. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse any of this material without written permission.
5. Client portal and app
The client portal and the internal app are available only to clinics under contract and to our team, with personal credentials. Access and use are governed by the collaboration agreement and the privacy policy.
6. Liability
We keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every detail is current. To the extent permitted by law, astra is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
7. Medical disclaimer
astra is a marketing practice, not a medical provider. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Decisions about treatments are made between patients and their doctors.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Athens, Greece. If a provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
9. Changes
